The interesting Mikme microphone project seems to be launching another crowdfunding round this month after a previous unsuccessful Kickstarter. This time the Mikme team is betting on Indiegogo to enable their product launch and it would be nice to see them succeed this time. Developer Amplify, known for their Junglator app has announced to be working on a new app today called NOiZE. NOiZE takes the performance and gesture-based concept of Junglator but expands on it with user definable interfaces where each shape plays a note, loop, effect or a full section. A revamp of the AudioCopy app is Retronyms’ first finished project in their announced Summer of Epic. This sample management app gets more functionality making it more and more a competitor of the swiss army knife of iOS sample management, AudioShare. Most notably a recording function and touch-friendly sample editor are added to the app which neatly categorises your audio clips across the apps you’ve AudioCopied them in.
